These Justine, Single Needle Originals are designed and created entirely by Justine Foster of Love & Stitches Designs. The fabric is the finest 100% quilter's grade cotton. Each theme block is individually cut to display the beauty of the fabric's designs. The batting is full, 8-ounce polyester batting to give body and texture in the bag.

The quilting design that gives the bag its unique texture is called "Stipple Quilting" which was taught to Justine by the late Dorrie Whipple who was a dear friend and wonderful quilting teacher and designer. Breast Cancer took Dorrie from us in 1997. A part of her lives on through Justine's quilting, and it is in her memory that a portion of the proceeds of the sale of this bag will go to finding a cure for breast cancer.

Justine refers to this bag as functional fiber art, and an adult version of the security blanket. Now you may have your security blanket with you at all times.

The panel that gives the bottom of this bag its support is removable to allow washing of the bag. You may either hand wash it in cool water, or have it dry cleaned.

Your Justine Single Needle Original will arrive in a presentation bag that keeps it dust free when you are not using it. Acid free tissue paper helps keep its shape while it is in storage.
