We accept payment via VISA, MASTERCARD, & AMERICAN EXPRESS CREDIT CARDS, payable in US dollars.

We accept checks and money orders, payable in U.S. dollars.

Orders can be made via the shopping cart on Love & Stitches Designs website.

Order form can be downloaded and printed from the website, and mailed with payment.

Orders are processed immediately and shipped within two business days.

Satisfaction is guaranteed. If not satisfied, Love & Stitches Designs will refund the amount paid by crediting purchasing credit card account, or if paid by check or money order, will refund by check.

If notified of cancellation of order before merchandise is mailed, we will cancel the order immediately and credit the customers account.

Plastic supports are guaranteed for life of normal use. If a plastic support breaks during normal use as a support for the bottom of a bag, mail the piece(s) back to Love & Stitches Designs, and we will send a replacement at no charge to the customer.
